■ 🕑 8. Dungeon Meshi
   Fairly generic fantasy dungeon explorer anime is mixed with a fairly
   generic cooking anime. Neither of them would be worth watching on their
   own merits, but this combination seems promising. 
   
   Art is nice, setting is fine enough (but again, generic). Character
   designs are nothing to write home about. The attention paid to the
   ecosystem of the dungeon and anatomy of the monsters is pretty unique. 
   This seems more promising than the magical girl ecchi. 
   
   For people who are fans of fantasy settings, I think Made in Abyss is a
   more interesting current franchise, and at large, Record of Lodoss War 
   is the best LotR/DnD-inspired story.
