   Yes. I'd recommend a Vita, and a PSP
   with CFW. You can easily grab the entire 
   library for each respective console, and
   the form factor of the Vita especially is 
   comfy. What's more, there are a ton of 
   oddball Japanese games on both. Vita has 
   many hidden gems like Muramasa, God Eater, 
   Shinobido 2, and many visual novels. 
   
   The Vita is where handheld gaming truly 
   stopped. After that it was all "hybrids"
