   Some people have taught me a bit of the Ngäbe language.
    The first word to know is pronounced winddahgoh? 
   Which is like a greeting. 
   The second is nyanchuuri which is also like a greeting. 
   Each grpup pronounces it slightly differently,
    also I might not be remembering it correctly.
    The guy from bocas del toro told me nyanchuurah means good night
