A team of adventurers go out questing. One of them, the tank, is absurdly powerful, but kind of careless -- his party kicks him out and now he needs to find a new party. It turns out his adventuring rank is pretty low for whatever reason, but due to his old party's reputation, he gets adopted quickly by a rookie adventuring team and manages to nail his first fight together with them. Like Dungeon Meshi, the fantasy world here feels incredibly generic. I don't know why light novel adaptations are so dull. It would be better if anime went back to adapting manga and VN instead of trash like this. But I'm going to keep watching. I'm an otaku NEET, so this is basically my job. |
