ep 2. why is this so good. just goofy, over-the-top, hammy fun. Big robots. Big fights! The Earth is in peril! So much emotion! Passion! What energy! This is what giant robots are supposed to be about. |

This season's mecha anime. Initially, I wasn't that into it, but when the twist came in the middle of episode one, I couldn't help but crack a grin and get excited. This one's going to be a lot of silly fun I think, feels like a classic mecha show. Crunchyroll is going to be late on translating this -- props to /m/ bros for releasing fansubs this week. |
