bagged English breakfast tea

My big jar of assam tea got infected by mold. I have no idea how,
I always reseal it tightly after taking tea out. Suspecting my wife
didn't seal it right....

Brewing up a tea of Assam black tea (loose leaf) to begin my morning.

Bring water to 96*C or so, steep for 3-4 minutes, let cool a bit
before drinking.
